APPLICATIONS OPEN FOR THE OCEAN YOUTH ADVISORY COMMITTEE (Sydney based)
About Ocean Youth Advisory Committee
The SEA LIFE Trust is now seeking applications for 12 young people to form the 2016/17 Ocean Youth Advisory Committee (OYAC). The OYAC plays an important role in guiding the Ocean Youth program to ensure it remains relevant and valuable to young people who are passionate about our oceans and marine life.

Applications for OYAC are sought from Sydney-based people aged between 13 & 18, with a keen interest in marine conservation, sustainability leadership and making a positive difference in their communities.
All meetings will be held at SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium so you must be able to easily access Darling Harbour after school or on weekends.

OYAC members will meet monthly at a designated time convenient to the majority to:
- help create and co-ordinate Ocean Youth events, campaigns and activities in 2017;
- help drive a youth take-over of SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium in April 2017.
